MiamiDolphin: Not for me ! I got scared just looking at the photo. Imagine what it would be like actually being there !
hehe ... is that why your in Miami? .... 10' above sea level ;)
a nice mood shot! That fog conveys the sense of a bottomless depth, well done
Nice shot. Collision with what? the resting water??
Nice shot and very colorful bird
Nice colors and shot. Don't believe I've heard of this one before!
Thanks for the clarification. I managed to get a shot with 3 of em later.
gigabloke: Superb shot! An image to be proud of.
Gigabloke go ahead. Thanks
Thanks. Hehe ... it's that old saying about never having enough. I was like about 25' from the tree but they were flying all around. I've since sold my 150-600 for the Sig 100-400.
ackebous: Love it. Are you shooting with noise reduction turned on in the camera and was this shot in raw? I rarely ever even seen an owl let alone have a chance to photograph one. And you got it in flight. Excellent
Thanks. I shoot in RAW, Manual + Auto ISO and handheld 99% of the time. It was a great day for shorties :)
gigabloke: Superb shot! An image to be proud of.
Thanks wam7. This was shot in Ladner, B.C.
