Decent compact lens very sharp stopped down.

Probably the least good of the AF-D range but still decent stopped down Corners need F8/11 but never sharp sharp.
Decent compact lens, light and very sharp stopped down, doesn't quite get there in the corners.
Another Nikkor gem, only 6 elements in 6 groups just sharp enough wide open but sharp beyond
