  • I'm with you, have the ricoh on my list to complete my sigmas.
Problembis, once you touched a fuji, image quality is good enough and handling is superb...

  • Use them to take pictures?

  • Did you even bother to read my post?

    Believe me, we know.
It is a choice and we know the trade-offs.

  • X-t2?

  • I like your point that there is so much more to gain.
Forums here are full of discussions about "whats missing"

  • do you use one of the adapters?

  • ah, and i did forget: I don't expect any difference in "image feel".
    Except Acros simulation, maybe

  • Faster AF
    Joystick for AF
    Additional control dial
    ISO dial
    faster processing speed

for me, the X100F is very tempting...

  • Like a Leica M9 is still a great camera.
Like a Sigma SD1 is still a great camera.
Like a Nikon D300 is still a great camera.

Actually, most cameras that once were great, still are great...

  • well, the K-1 is amazing. And if i would be in the market for a 135 camera, it would be the Pentax for sure. Combine it with the interesting manual lenses and there you go, a super versatile...

  • no, I do not want to be limited to 135 glass. I am pretty sure, the 1.4/30mm will work on the SDQH. At least I do hope that...

  • Thanks for sharing, i like the natural tones. Did you fewl an, difference compared to earlier SPP versions in the workflow?
  • Me too. But I still struggle with my DP2M. The DP3M fore some reasons is better to handle (manual zoom, colors)
  • Hi, couldn't find anything on this: why are there DP merrills with blue or respectively green powerlights around? Decided to pick up a DP1M and I just realized that both my DP2M and DP3M have green ...
  • I have the X100T and was contemplating to pick up a X100 to play with the different sensor rendering. I don't care for speed or shortcomings (owning merrill cameras makes you immune to...

  • why?

  • Uh, i disagree :)
I was shocked when i saw the V2.
I would kill for my V1 but never touch the V2. Functional, the V2 makes a lot of sense, but asthetic wise: no way

  • The 18.5/1.8 is perfect.

The 10/2.8 is not. I couldn't get nice images from it. Colors are muted and it lacks contrast. I don't know, i wanted to love it since I'm more leaning to 35mm, but...

  • Yes, 18.5./1.8 definitely is a nice one.
32/1.2 as well, but usefulness is quite limited...
    That's it for me.

Maybe the 6.7-13, which has nice reviews out.
Plus the 70-300 if you like long...

  • I don't know either. They produce stellar things like a d500 or fx 300 f4, but when it comes to the nikon 1, it's a travesty!
