Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX10 IV
Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100
Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 VII
Easily the best Bridge camera made and my most used camera. Good IQ and very good AF. It's my favorite camera.
I no longer use this camera so I gave it to my wife.
Great IQ and the Focus speed and tracking is outstanding.
Sony a99 II
Sigma 24-105mm F4 DG OS HSM Art
Tamron SP 150-600mm F5-6.3 Di VC USD
Outstanding IQ and respectable AF make this camera a winner.
Very good IQ and useful zoom range. Very heavy for this type of lens.
Good for the price but heavy and large. I rarely use it since I bought an RX10iv
Tamron SP 15-30mm F/2.8 Di VC USD
Tamron SP 45mm F1.8 Di VC USD
Tamron SP 70-200mm F/2.8 Di VC USD
Great lens with some lack of sharpness in the corners being the only problem.
Outstanding IQ quality makes this lens a good match for my 42mp A99ii. The extreme detail when zoomed in to 100% is very impressive.
Good in low light but not as sharp as most of my other lenses.
Tamron SP 70-300mm F/4-5.6 Di USD
Tamron SP AF 90mm F/2.8 Di Macro
Good IQ for the price. It's the only lens I own that utilizes all the on-sensor PDAF points on my A99ii.
Incredibly sharp but slow to AF so I use it with manual focus.
Other gear:
  • Sony HVL-F43AM Flash

FujiFilm FinePix S9000 Zoom (FinePix S9500)
Olympus C-4000 Zoom
Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX10 III
Great camera except for the poor AF tracking.
Sony Alpha DSLR-A100
Sony SLT-A55
Sony SLT-A77
Noisy at high ISO.
Built like a tank. JPEG processing is not that good so I recommend using RAW.
Sony SLT-A65
Sony DT 18-70mm F3.5-5.6
Sony 75-300mm F4.5-5.6
Mediocre IQ makes this a lens to avoid.
Mediocre IQ makes this a lens to avoid.
Tamron AF 18-200mm F/3.5-6.3 XR Di II LD Aspherical (IF) Macro
Sigma 17-70mm F2.8-4 DC Macro OS HSM | C
Tamron 16-300mm F/3.5-6.3 Di II VC PZD Macro
Poor IQ makes this a lens to avoid. IQ is terrible. AF slow. sucks in dust like a vacuum cleaner.
Much better than the Sony 17-70 F3.5-5.6 it replaced.
IQ ok for a super zoom but poor when compared to most zooms with a more limited range. My RX10iv blows this lens away for IQ so I sold it. Auto Focus beyond 200mm is slow and innacurate.
