in 24mm and RAW mode, is the performance slow? I understand that shot to shot times are sluggish.

Mirrorless cameras have the image quality and a plethora of improvements over DSLR's, but I'm yet to find one that switches on and is ready to shoot as quickly as a DSLR or wake from sleep as fast.

or just use the mechanical shutter, not the electronic one, if the cause is the flicker/frequency of artificial lighting that will resolve the issue.
