Manual focus always. Get the camera where you want it right before your focus point and waste a few shots to get what you need. also, I always use electronic shutter

It must be the Pixco brand. You just use a sharp knife or a dremel to shave off some of the interior of the 16mm tube to allow the lens of the MC-20 to fit inside.
