Hi all, Does this shot taken with the Tokina 11-20 appear overly soft in the corners?

Despite what feels like a bit of a catastrophe I took this image today with no signs of any problems. I'm still disappointed but at least I can still make good images with the lens.

It's a smallish scratch but it is a kind a round mark, and the rear element it's on is of course quite small itself. A

Examples - totally invisible in the first two f5.6 images, becomes visible shooting at smaller apertures against a plain background.

I'm guessing it's not cheap to repair a scratched lens?
