Phil: Think about it. This is a way to tap into the selfie photo taker market. It maybe a high DR sensor or auto HDR but the selfie taker doesn't need to know or learn any more about photography to improve.

Of course you'd have to be hands on to tell but I think they are going cloud the images and enhance them in near real time so the user can use his personal device to view and share from the cloud. That's not my users model but I'm not 20 , 30, 40, or even 50 something anymore. :-)

Eric Calabros: €294? Oh Apple, forgive us that laughed at your price for 5C :-)

US distributors? I wasted that much trying to get an Eye-Fi 8 Pro going in a 5D MKII and lost sold client images when it's storage failed.

Silly... Looks like a USB cable you can carry in your wallet. I spent $20 this week for a USB Battery power reservoir with 20,000 mAh.
I'm impressed so far. Camping next week.

nicolas guilbert: What we need is Canon to develop an iPhone & Android app and a connection to the phone. And please integrate wifi in future bodies. You can really fell the stupidity of all this when you have a 2K $ body and use a cheap phone to take a picture of the camera display and then send that image over wifi network to somebody else.

The CF to SD adapter for the Eye-Fi X2 turns out to be unreliable. When they fail they don't just lose com they also scramble stored files. Eye-Fi said they would replace my card but only changed it's ID, when it failed again in a couple of days file recovery software extracted images that could onlt have come from the original card. I'm looking forward to 5D MKIII long term reports on Eye-Fi.

This is the girl next door, well a couple miles away anyway. She knows the girl next door but we met at workshop about 40 miles from here. And she is framed as intended.

Amazed by the low price, the 4K RED ONE camera system is starts at $17,500.00, and Caon is targeting $4K below them. I expect this is the pay off for shooting that season finally of HOUSE with the 5DMKII.

Personally the 1DX might be a better fit for me.
