BoredErica: Wonder if they'll be sharper than the Sigma f1.4 primes for E mount.

The Sigmas don't have that 35mm equivalent. It's a shame. What the Sony APS-C needs ( or it's just me) is a good fast 35mm equivalent and a 70 - 200 mm f2.8 stabilised Weather sealed APS-C dedicated lens. For the latter, Tamron please make it happen. The FE tamron Zooms are too big for the dinky a6400.

Viltrox 23mm f1.4- an answer to the much felt need for a fast 35mm equivalent on APS-C Sony??? Or should we look for another??

Does the 30mm f1.4 still have AF issues? I need a 30 to 35 mm on an APS-C Sony body to take pics of my 15 month old son. I need reliable AF and good centre sharpness. I shoot in monochrome a lot. So is it the Sony 35 f1.8 Oss or the Sigma 30 f1.4??
