Not surprised at all to read this. I had to ship an item to a company here in Canada for warranty purposes. Once the customer service rep gave me my RMA number, he also mentioned not to use the company name but to use a generic 'YYY limited' name instead (which is not what they suggest I use).

He bluntly said, 'You put our company name on the box and it will never make it to our warehouse. It will get stolen by Canada Post employees"

Needless to say I was surprised to hear that but this article confirms they (YYY Limited) aren't the only ones having problems with Canada Post.

If I may be allowed to dream...put that sensor in the E-M1 and you have yourself the perfect mirrorless camera. Well, for me at least.

Wait a minute. Aren't Olympus and Sony in some sort of partnership? Wouldn't that be interesting. The alpha 8 with E-M1 technology.

Dream session over.

This "not yet released' camera is certainly causing quite a stir already. Do we have an early candidate for 2014 camera of the year?

That said, I'm sure people are already lusting for the X-T2, ;)

We know how the sensor will perform. That goes without saying. If the camera itself performs like the e-m1 (autofocus, EVF, responsiveness, etc), this will be a winner. Ergonomically, the e-m1 is a strong contender. If Fuji can match what the e-m1 can do and add their sensor to that equation, look out!

That said, if the reports of $1800 are accurate, this may deter a large number of people. Only time will tell.

topstuff: I would imagine that the 3300 and that 35mm 1.8 would produce excellent IQ.

In normal light, it is all the IQ anyone ever needs.

Quite why people buy a D800 for snapping the kids at Disney world and viewing it on ipad baffles me when this camera would do a better job.

We are a weird bunch.

Because they can, that's why. Why get a Nissan GT-R or Porsche 911 when all your doing is going to the mall or grocery store? Because they can.

Very happy indeed but I can't help and think about the size of this bad boy. Filter size of 72mm? I never thought we'd see that in mirrorless. THAT is not small.
