OpenMemories works on a7 series (the ones supported the apps). So yes. ALL Sony cams are Android based. And they are sooooo slow. .... LOL.

Speaking of Android. Reason why Android phones are laggy / slow (also during boot) is Google (Google services). Remove Google (and other bloatware) from the system and you wont recognize your phone.
