CelticOdyssey's current gear

Leica D-LUX 5
Olympus OM-D E-M5 II
Olympus PEN E-PL3
Usually near at hand, have had it since it was introduced, and will keep it forever. Small, simple but complete menus, and fast to use. Beautiful and handy case, and best of all - takes great pix.
I really enjoy this camera, now that I'm familiar with most of its menus.
My first Olympus camera. Unfortunately, I've always found it a little clumsy.
Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 300mm F4 IS Pro
Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 45mm F1.8
Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 12mm 1:2
Finest lens I've ever owned. Its sharpness and rich images still astound me; solidly built.
A nice lens that's sharp and has good bokeh, but feels plasticky.
This lens and the Panasonic/Leica 25 are the ones I use the most.
Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 75mm F1.8
Panasonic Leica Summilux DG 25mm F1.4
Panasonic Lumix G Vario 7-14mm F4 ASPH
Terrific medium telephoto. Sharp and solid.
Really a fine lens- like it much better now that I learned how to stop it from rattlesnaking on my OLY cameras. (turn flicker control OFF)
Gives me the purple blobbies if I'm not careful, and they are impossible to totally remove in LR. And since I refuse to use the recommended fix, I use this lens only in a pinch.
Other gear:
  • Olympus Zuiko Digital 1.4x Teleconverter MC-14

Probably would be the perfect second camera body, especially for travel and street. To replace the E-PL3.

I may not ever own anything like this, but would love to play with such a fast, wide lens. Manual focus wouldn't bother me a bit.
