DJI is CCP company listed in NYSE that doesn't disclose its accounting books.
I sense the dark side 50 cent armies in the comments
nice one Ricoh pentax...
if everything is true and goes production...I'm ready to sell my kidney
There's a new Moniker " ̶P̶e̶n̶t̶a̶x̶ Nikon is doomed!"
tbcass: It will be interesting to see how well this camera sells. It seems to me, and I could be wrong, that the market for a camera with limited capabilities but offers great IQ in a pocketable size has limited appeal. I say this because the IQ of the 1" pocketable zooms from Sony and Canon have IQ that is nearly indistinguishable from APS-C cameras below ISO 800.
troll in its finest...
justmeMN: Hmm. I suppose a Canon M100 with 22mm lens would be a potential alternative to this camera.

street photography is passion and is life..again we have all different needs
jonikon: No internal flash means no deal for me, so I will be keeping my Coolpix A. One of the great things about a camera like this is the ability to use fill flash in sunny conditions because all shutter speeds are flash synced. If the GR IV has a built in flash I will buy it, if I should live that long anyway.
everything has been negated because of that tiny little built-in flash?
petreluk: What can this camera really do that a high-end mobile phone these days can't? There is a loyal Ricoh fan club so the camera will find a sale but beyond that this seems like something left over from another era. No EVF, no flash, only basic connectivity and software - in 2019? They've left it too late.
Ignorance is a bliss...
PostModernBloke: A distance scale on a 35mm lens, almost as if photographers were interested in focal points and hyper-focal distances. Love this lens just for giving us the distance scale - good old Pentax!!
squeaks...we love squeaks
Dima_467: I like some things from pentax, i had spotmatic, MEsuper, K2, some primes from A, K and M series. But hey. We have to admit - now they are losers.
Where to begin ? All digital era before K1 pentax system positioned as aps-c specialized. But instead of making high-aperture and sharp lenses, they do very strange dark fixes, not always good optically, and quite expensive. And due to the fact that these lenses were very mediocre, they began to distribute them through religious feelings. And indeed, fans of the "limited" series despise tests and graphics, they are confident that their lenses have the magical property of catching "artistic value" of lmage... And then fuji appeared. And they became a real "aps-c - specialized system". For 3 years they have done much more for this than pentax for all the time from "ist d". without any talk about "special sorts of glass" they began to make excellent glasses that could expand the potential of the aps-c format.
@dpthoughts and what is your capability? Are you an optical engineer? Or Just another troll

The truth is dpthoughts is a hired troll to bash pentax so as to attract more attention to pentax. And he maybe a lawyer by proffesion.

FA 35 f2 is tamron? An APS-C lens? Hahaha
(unknown member): Great video. Although, A6x00 is basically a tweak of the A6000. Could be candidate to the worst camera of 2019.
and that would make Canon EOS R?
Sold! I am Sold! take my money Ricoh! will definitely buy GRIII. despite not having tilt LCD screen.
DPreview - Downplay Pentax Review
ZeBebito: Pentax, call me back once you have a proper full-frame mirrorless system weighing less than 5kg for a body and a nifty lens.
great! We will let you know when Elvis gets here.
acassino: "New pre-processor bakes noise reduction into Raws, this progressively kills detail as the ISO increases and can't be turned off"
Major FAIL from Pentax.
says a brilliant camera engineer ^^^^^

Ιs there another thread of comments for a camera review in which the DPR staff has posted 67 times, i.e 4.75% of total posts..?

Class A: @DPReview
There have been reports that the comparison tool now delivers sharper K-1 II images than before.
Can you confirm that updates took place?
Since the new versions seem to be considerably sharper (according to the reports), does that influence your opinion on the image quality of the K-1 II? Note that in particular (at least in one instance) the JPG file size has increased considerably, a clear sign of more detail/noise being present in the image.
Perhaps the loss of detail isn't as bad as it initially appeared?
There is also a report that states default Lightroom settings yield sharper images than those shown by your tool. This could be fine, as you may be using non-default values for all cameras, but it would be good to confirm that all development parameters were set as intended.
DPR should ask a Pentaxian guru to shoot the charts for them or have a Pentax expert check the lens and camera before shooting the chart.
