The colours look very real to me. No oversaturated nonsence, simply real. Thumbs up. And if one wants more saturation, why not choose Velvia profile?

You know the woman in person?

  • Replied in K-50 vs X-T2
Thanks for you experience! I found that quite lens-dependant. But overall, Fuji makes the pictures a bit cooler (a tiny bit more towards blue and magenta), so adding about 100 Kelvins in RAW is ...
  • Replied in K-50 vs X-T2
Hi ttaveira, thanks for you reply. I hope Pentax users won´t hate me, but I am being really honest. So, the answers to your question: - AF - night and day. There is no way to compare these two ...
  • Exactly. Fuji wants to attract more pros and semi-pros, I guess, and these could be the way. They covered the gap with the best possible. I saw some example shots on youtube and they look stunning....

  • With the battery grip attached the camera is surprisingly comfortable to handle, I can use my X-T2 with grip + XF 100-400mm for extensive periods of time with no ergonomics penaly. Try it yourself,...

  • Turn down NR in jpg settings and there will be no wax even in jpgs. Fuji set it too strong in default. Or better - try opening a RAW file (better in C1 or Irident) to see it yourself.

  • Former Pentax user here (had K10D, K-50, KP), now I use X-T2 (I needed better AF for my type of work ). Still a Pentax fan, though. I also had some limiteds (77/1,8, 21/3,2) and many other glass ...
  • I will definitely buy this camera. T2 will become my backup one.

Very good IQ for such high ISO.

I am still excited that the noise is much finer than on my X-T2. I will definitely buy this camera :-)

Good to see the noise is finer than on X-T2.

Better than X-T2, despite slightly higher resolution.

  • I believe those ´strange exposure decisions´ shots are there to show us the capabilities of the sensor. I found everything I wanted in the gallery to find out what the sensor is like and to make my...

  • It is not a fullframe, of course. But as an T2 shooter I can clearly see improvement in structure of the noise (and a tiny bit of more detail despite the slightly higher resolution). T2 has...

  • The finer noise pattern is what I was hoping for. My X-T2 is good but the noise is somewhat coarse. This is good news for me!

Thank you dpreviewers for not applying too much noise reduction to...

  • I use the lens on X-T2 (mostly with a grip) and I usually set minimum ss at 1/250s in lower light and 1/500s in good light. It is easy to handshake this focal length. You can get sharp shots even ...
  • I believe Fuji meant the 200/2 as the equivalent to FF 300/2.8 (similarly as the 56/1.2 is equivalent to FF 85/1.8 and as the 33/1 should be equivalent to FF 50/1.4). So in my view, it definitely ...
  • Replied in 33 f1?
I have never liked 35mm on aps-c - too narrow for me. So I have the 32mm Zeiss Touit, which is OK, but it is f/1.8 (and in high contrast scenes I mostly use f/2.5 to remove abberations). Yes, the ...
  • Hi, recently I bought the Zeiss Touit 12mm (I also have the 32mm Touit, but the 12mm is definitely sharper wide open). And so far I can´t see any problems with it :-) Here are three SOOC shots ...
