Stefan BW: Great shot, 5 points from me. Others seem to prefer hummingbirds at feeders.
The bill and eyes are in focus. You can see details on the head. If this was shot from a distance of 7 meter, DOF could be a mere 3-4cm. You cannot expect the whole bird to be in focus. This shot is 95% perfect.
Hummingbird shots at feeders & 3-5 flashes are not in the same ballpark.
