almaciga66: I have always liked the Oly, more than anything for sentimental reasons, because they always had some shortcomings that directed me towards Canon-Nikon.
At the moment it seems to me a tremendous mistake for any brand, (Nikon-Canon, too), to underestimate the video part. Sales of the Panasonic GH5, will witness that big mistake, and the words of the managers of other brands, like Olympus, only sounds like excuses for having lost a train (and their corresponding sales in a world more and more Reduced and concentrated) that Panasonic has demonstrated that it is possible to: Combine professional photography and video in the same camera. Please, no more excuses, it's the way to go ...

You're assuming you can extrapolate from your own preferences. My interest is only in stills, which is one reason why I've moved from Panny to Oly - I find their bodies suit me better.

On article Ultimate OM-D: Olympus E-M1 Mark II Review (1383 comments in total)

Bit confused on the issue of Pro Capture only working with Oly lenses, as reported in the review. On the M43 forum, an Oly rep was quoted as saying that it works with all lenses - and it's hard to understand why it wouldn't. I wonder if the reviewers actually tried it with a Panny lens? (I was hoping to use my Panny/Leica 100-400 with Pro Capture.)
