My first thought, seeing your setup was, I would probably try a 1/4 CTO gel on at least the backlight.

Adding my appreciation for all you've done for this forum, Jerry. Especially, as so many others have mentioned, keeping the discourse here civil and on track....your efforts have resulted in this ...

I also started with the X-T1, about a month after it was released. Have used every camera in the X-T series throughout the years, and now on to the X-S10 for a bit.

He does love showing off for you....nice shots. Thanks for sharing them.

I actually like both of them....the color for the reasons stated above, but the shadows on the B&W version really draw me in. One advantage B&W has is that it doesn't have separate elements ...

Adding my thoughts and prayers for your family. And keep shooting...not just your granddaughter but other family members as well. As we have all learned as adults, having photos to spark memories ...

First, I agree with the P7800 over the 7700 because of the EVF - and the slow AF can be frustrating in both of those cameras. and I'd also note you're smart to stay away from the super zooms...a ...

Congratulations on buying a great camera! I'm still shooting mine on a regular basis and, other than the EVF on the P7800, I haven't found a camera that I like better. Enjoy using your 7700!

I've put the A1000 on several different gimbals for shooting video. They all stabilize the camera, but I haven't found one yet that can run the functions of the camera. Has anyone found a gimbal ...

Thanks for sharing the shot....I'm still in love with my P7700 and use it more than any other camera for daily shooting. Could you please share the name of the article....it sounds intriguing.... ...

I use the Fringer with the Canon 70-200 F4 on an X-T20 and its a joy to use. ( usually shoot 400-500 shots in 90 minutes) I just make sure I always carry or hold by the lens, not the body, but it ...

Thanks so much for posting those....many of us have never seen a roadrunner up close that wasn't on a cartoon. It does look like he was as curious about you as you were about him/her.

Gordon, I can barely put the book down! Every time I walk by it, its screaming "Pick me up!" For those considering a photography book that a) has great full-page photographs b) a great, easily ...

Great shooting....thanks for sharing the pics. I shoot all my concerts (about 65 a year) with X-T20's. One usually has the 18-55 on it and the other always has the 90mm on it. The biggest issue ...
