One he owns the camera and the memory card and process the pictures.
Two We as humans do not give animals the right of ownership.
Three We as humans have ownership over animals and pets, we are held responsible for anything they might do, so there for Mr Slater has ownership of the copyright, laughing...

Ownership of the equipment doesn't come in to copyright law.

The animals were wild, so there is no "ownership of pets and animals" there.

Sorry, but Mr Slater has no claim for copyright.

While I will say that I love Lightroom, Lightroom 4 is very slow. Lightroom 3 was brilliant, and fast. Lightroom 4 crawls, and seems to page the disk a lot more.

I do love the new functions and features though, especially in the Develop module.
