For me its between this and the A6400. The MFT lenses destroy Sonys APS-C lineup but honestly that's about it. ibis is nice but not a necessity for me. Really leaning towards the A6400.

Are you kidding? I can't go without being in both camps. I love my Fujis. Sony is some real pro love S. But as you know Fuji is just so damn fun with some IQ and quality lenses that are out of this world.

I believe the 18-135 STM is better than the non-STM. I had the non-STM and it was terrible. Either way, I just purchased the Sigma 18-200 and if you were impressed with the last version of this one then you'll really love the new one. I know there is no such thing as a perfect walk-around but this gets close.
