Mpb is a horrid company...expect to wait to get your money.  They also generally downrate your gear so they don't have to pay you as much.  I would much rather run an Ebay auction

They should be comparable given pixel pitch, though as you mentioned the processor and sensor technology.  Implements such as dual gain iso can affect high iso snr
