The first and second photos are the ones that I feel are underexposed. Here is a comparison of the original histogram and after I adjusted the brightness for the first photo. Tom

Several of the photos are somewhat underexposed as shown by their histograms. Perhaps you monitor brightness is set too high. Other than that, nice images.

Here is what I got using Capture One.  Dropped the highlights, boosted shadow and lowered color saturation a bit.
