When I film video on my XT4, I generally use the eterna film sim. I often use an Atomos Shinobi monitor. I've been doing some tests with F-Log. I loaded the fujifilm F-Log LUTs into the Shinobi and ...

I use a Thinktank Hubba Hubba shoulder/belt bag. It has an integrated rain cover. I've used it for all day treks in Scotland in on many occasions. I use it with both the shoulder strap and the ...

If you want the ability to do stitching and focus stacking I think your best best is probably Afinity Photo. It works very similarly to photoshop and there are lots of resources online if you want ...

Same here, I have the 18mm, and the IQ is really superb. Even though I haven't tried it, I'm interested by the 33, not so much for it's IQ but for video AF.
-
I also noticed the face detection was working better than with most of my other lenses. AF is also very good in video.

The 90mm is amazing, I have it and the 56mm and I like having both. For portraits it's great for tight headshots, but I also really like the look and compression you get when doing full length ...

Really? OK, maybe, but Alaris lists Rochester as it's US HQ, I thought the film making business had been acquired by the company.

I like this lens for shooting video but there's a jump in profile correction at different focal lengths. This makes it really problematic if you zoom during a take as the exposure will change ...

I have a Weebill S. It works well with my XT4 + cage + XF16-55 f/2.8. I find it easy to balance and compact to carry in my bag (it fits in the front pocket of my Thinktank Shapeshifter) I don't try ...

You want to shoot video of deer with a 16-80mm, are you going to be close to the animals? This my experience with the XT4 for video AF, basically it really depends on the focal length, subject and ...

I have and use the Original Fringer Ef-Fx, has anyone tested or upgraded from the v1 to the v2? Is there a difference in AF performance?

Thanks, I didn't know what a synthetic slit scan was but found your blog post. Very cool.

I know what my preferences are, my camera can shoot at 15fps and I never use that, but that's me. I'm not saying that high frame rates are not useful, I'm just curious of actual use cases at 20fps, ...

Even though I'm not a Nikon user, I'm posting this here since the Z9 launch has seen a lot of comments regarding it's high fps capabilities. I read comments regarding cameras shooting at 20fps, ...
