Olympus OM-1 back in 1978...my first digital was a FujiFilm FinePix S7000 which still works today and yields some pretty nice images.

In reply to:

Rens: I see the rules state that any offensive shots will be immediately removed.

I entered this:

http://www.dpreview.com/galleries/8290031639/photos/2771867/wedding-legs

from my dpreview gallery, which has been removed.

I see swamynirmal's comment below, posted after my entry and presumably prompted by it.

How prudish can you be? And how lacking in humour?

Were you told your photo was offensive? The only thing offensive about it is the quality of the photo.

How does a photo that says nothing about any product get 3rd place in a challenge for advertising? Is there something I'm missing?

I too have been impressed with the two FujiFilm cameras I own. They seem to excel in low light shots.

There are some pretty awesome photos in this group...I don't think mine is one of them though.

Many of the entries look like old houses or other types of structures, not barns. I did not vote for any that were clearly not barns.

teastain: I agree with the others here. Typical "Man Bites Dog" headline.
If Apple made a dozen different iPhone models (like Android, which is a swell phone btw), three of them would have made the top 5 !!!

Android doesn't make phones...
