What I like about smaller clubs is the atmosphere as you are much closer to the musicians. As almost always, for expressive photos it will get better in the last half of a concert - partly because the musicians "are in full flow," and because the fog machine and lighting provides this kind of background just now.
But apart from the photos – the music and the band have been great this evening as well ;O)...

Thanks for the encouragement. Most of the noise is the result of my suboptimal RAW conversion – I should have used Capture NX instead.
Biggest challenge is always to get my Nikkor 70-200 2.8 VR through the controls at the entrance as I'm no pro nor am I working for the press.
The Singer of LIVINGSTON is a great motiv as he's a real performer on stage ;O)
