The inner diameter is 51 compared to 54 for RF and 55 for Z mount.  E mount is 46 for comparison.

If you can stomach the power zoom, the 15-45mm is actually a really good value.  I could see throwing that on an older body for a travel kit that won't make you cry if its damaged or stolen.
