I thought this existed for ages already, mainly on videography rigs?

Does anyone know what the smallest 4K/1080p camera available to consumers? Ever since I saw the Nachtwey documentary years ago, I’ve been intrigued by the compact POV camera used.

Do you find anything lacking with the current one?

I think that makes sense, DPcrew.

The problem lies in the dinky resolution the UI overlay seems to render in. There’s hardly enough software pixels to render a nice circle…

I agree, I am disappointed by the lack of support for aspect ratios. I want to pre visualise it in the EVF, not just by displaying grids or applying it in post processing.

I wish mirrorless releases would integrate illuminated buttons again. I can’t think of a single MILC that has done that yet.

Instead of a solid colour like white or green, make it a negative overlay to whatever is underneath the outline of the focusing box. Oh and while you’re at it, dear manufacturers, please update...

*1,5 = 39mm on DX. 2022 has been a reemergence for the 40mm (my favourite) focal length! Btw: 25mm on FX was also very pleasing (referring to the Zeiss Batis). Maybe give 26mm a chance?

Kudos to Lomography, one of the few companies that has been keeping film photography alive and playful since decades!

Even the G2 versions would still have problems, but in my experience (from behind the counter) the new mirrorless lenses have been much more reliable than their older DSLR brothers. In general the...

It’s with a prime that -for me- photography really comes to life, especially with mirrorless cameras. I love 28’s, 35’s and 40’s. Not much of a 50’s person, but I do like a 55 or 58.
