That is why the resin lining that Kirk uses becomes even more important for a perfect fit and to reduce friction.
-
That resin lining should help considerably, considering it is on the rear of the lens and takes a lot of load.

Is it a problem to just warm up the WB when processing the raw file? I don't always expect perfection from the AWB, and usually just tweak it slightly as needed when editing. Same with the tint ...

"For veteran Z users, how do you get used to the electronic viewfinder? That has been the biggest / most jarring change from years of DSLR shooting." Is there something in particular that is giving ...

I'm waiting on the next batch of Kirk collars to be ready which should be any time now. The Kirk collars are smooth and fast to use. l have several including some Kirk feet.

That really puts me in a jolly Christmas mood! Thanks Lyle.

Bingo! You are absolutely correct. I talked to them again today and they said to use this profile instead of the standard CMYK one I used. I test converted one sRGB image in PS and it looks ...
-
I used sRGB with them in the past but now they want CMYK as do most business card printers now. I asked for their printer profile today, and they sent me this: "Hi Ernie. You should use this ...

I think so. I check Include All Metadata on export from Lr and PS.

Now we are getting somewhere, thanks. That explains the difference between the business card printers.

I posted this in the Retouching form, but this is probably the correct forum. I decided to have some more business cards printed and went back to Vista Print again. It's been a while and now they ...

Thanks for the diagram. CMYK is a much smaller space indeed! I sent them a test image for the business cards that was sRGB. It came back looking quite terrible. What I can't figure out is that ...

Alright, the conversion method is something I did not look at when trying a quick conversion to CMYK. I will check that out and it gives me hope. What I can't figure out is that AFAIK, most ...

How long has it been? Check them out now. I'll get the page for you soon.

Wow. That is not making me want to update my PL6 to PL7, or purchase the lastest Filmpack at the present time. Thanks for this.
-
I'm confused about why this issues needs to be addressed in Filmpack rather than directly in PL7.
