Like most of the other cameras on the market, it’s just the same picture quality as the rest since they’re all “Sony Inside” cameras…. Apart from Canon which are worse.

@raindrop The A6700 has exactly the same AI autofocus as the A9iii, you know the only autofocus system in existence that can autofocus, track subjects, do eye autofocus and autoexposure all at 120fps.

@starbase The A1 is an old body that’s due for superseding. It doesn’t have Sony’s new AI autofocus chip.

@floodblue The adapter, thin as it is, adds more distance to the edges than the centre. Wide open the edges are just a tiny amount out of focus until you stop down a bit.

Canon designed their mount to make sure you can’t use adapters so you can’t use any foreign lenses on their cameras.

Can’t you just select the lens profile in your software of choice and apply it to all the images when you import them?
