  • Replied in Mesa Arch
Another favorite from our summer National Park trip.  I know you have probably seen it more than once, but oh well.  This is an HDR shot I took sometime after sunrise and processed in LR.
  • From a family vacation we took in July, we did an early morning tour of the Lower Antelope Canyons outside of Page, AZ.  This was probably the highlight of the trip for myself, top 3 for the ...
  • Replied in Kyoto Tower
Kyoto tower, picture taken from the Kyoto Station side. Shot with the X-T2 and 16-55/f2.8. Processed in LR.
  • This is one of my favorites from a photoshoot I did on the Palouse earlier this year.  This is a lone tree in a wheat field, shot in ACROS
  • Me and the wife did a tour last week of the Imperial Villa in Kyoto, and besides the fact the sun was out (some harsh light conditions at 10am), I was able to recover enough of the shots in LR to ...
  • I am 2 weeks into a 3 week trip in Japan (Kyoto mostly) with just the X-T2 and the 16-55/f2.8 only and have not regretted the decision to bring another lens (kinda wish I brought the 90/f2) as of ...
  • Thanks, I am glad the weather worked for us and love how much I can recover in LR with post editing. Working off the MS Surface for the trip, but will do a more in depth post once I go through the ...
  • Had a great day with my sons exploring Himeji Castle, best of all it was overcast, which was great for taking photos.  All shot with the XT-2 and 16-55 f2.8.  Processing done in LR. Photo taken ...
  • We spent way more time that was allowed here, but the wife let me play (with the X-T2) for as long as I wanted.  Way to much to shoot around this area...
  • Doing a three week visit in Japan (visiting family and traveling).  I have too many to share, but am happy with this shot of Mt. Sakurajima (active volcano) near Kagoshima that I was able to shoot ...
  • Replied in Frosty Palouse
Thanks, the look is all thanks to the fog... another 50 feet above me was thick fog. On the drive up, the sun was still peaking out in places and the view was amazing... I just was not in a place ...
  • Replied in Frosty Palouse
Not what I was hoping for at sunset last night... a little more fog than I planned for, but I made due with what was given to me.  This was out at Steptoe butte, near Colfax WA.
  • Replied in The last rose
This is the last rose in our yard, which is surprising as we have plenty of cold nights the past few months.  Gotta love the X-T2 with the 16-55, my most used setup by far.
