I hate glass reflections and so have completely quit using it. I now glue my prints to a board and hang it that way sans frame and glass. If it damaged then the owners should be more careful.

Once those heads are clogged the printer is just a big paperweight. Take the printer to the dump and sell the cartridges (if they're unopened).
