The 18mm compliments the 35mm 1.4 extremely well. I'd suggest you go with that. It's a beautiful lens and, as a bonus, you won't have to change the way you interact with your camera when changing ...

Why does it have to be some kind of deathmatch? I use an EVF, it meets my needs, unlike an OVF. The next person can say the same thing, but reversed. Neither is an absolute, it's all about ...
-
Your premise is faulty - an EVF isn't 'crippling'. For my work, an EVF is much better - and I'm one of the few here who get paid to take photographs.
-
This is something I'm very interested in - improved EVF resolution, as long as the refresh rate doesn't get killed, really helps the whole immersive photography experience with digital.

Eh. A lot of people like to broadcast their opinions far and wide This is the internet, that's kind of how it works. For me, Fuji meets my needs more than any other camera system out there No, I ...
-
Er, considering the majority of people report that they are very happy with the X-T4, including the AF, perhaps you have a faulty body and should approach Fuji about a remedy.

The Meike grip on my X-T20, yessss Also my 3LT tripod plates that are PD capture compatible

Ok, so they updated Rudi Z. Is this 2.0 version any better? Sadly, no. All the issues present in the original remain. In fact, considering how consumers expect new versions to improve on the old, ...

Where this argument fails is in the inherent assumption that sensor size is the key to most peoples decision-making process around camera systems. Most businesses would actually say 'Marketing ...

Some additional considerations: (1) The Fuji is native to your X-H1, the Voightlander will require an adapter (2) The Fuji will ...

You've got options, depending on what you're looking for. Google '1080 camera module raspberry pi' and you'll get a number of listings. A lot of these (perhaps all of them) will be pretty ...

John just get your butt over here to Capture One before Adobe gives all your RAW files COVID-19. It's a real thing, I swear.

Ah, like almost all of these discussions - and by that I mean 'Which is better, this decent lens or this other decent lens?' discussions, the answer is 'it depends'. The Fuji is a beautiful lens ...

Ugh, I know it gets a lot of love but it's a pretty dull focal length for me.

When I have my camera in hand, I'm certainly more observant when it comes to the detail of the world around me. That said, I don't see the appeal in the image you've captured - take that with a ...

No. I've used a lot of Fuji bodies over the years and do enjoy playing with new things, but not in a 'better specs' way, more a 'well, that's new to me' way. At the moment I use an X-H1 which is ...

Have been involved with the X series since the X-A1/X-T1 combo I initially owned. From there I've also had an X-T2, X-T20, X-H1 (long term) and have trialled for short periods the X-T4, X-T3, ...

Yes, I often travel with just the 18mm or the 23mm. One lens can be easy if you're relaxed about it
