I have the Tamron 150 to 600 and find it quite good. I did just order the 500 5.6pf for birds. I don't know if i'll keep the Tamron after i recieve it.

I currently have a d7500, would the d500 give better continuous focus performance?

I made the switch from an 850 to Z6 and z7. I ended up switching most lenses. I’m very happy and would not go back. east to use and the body’s are lighter. Good luck.

The 16 to 85 is an exceptional lens. AI agree with the Tamron wide zoom. I had both lenses and they work well together. Not to mix things up but I shoot maor and more landscapes with longer lenses. ...

It seems liek the 24 to 200 is taylor made for raveling. I would pair it with the 14 to 30 for a lightweight kit. Have a great time.
