Hello, I wanted to buy the Panasonic 35mm because their 85mm is nice and their 50mm quite good. I found my sample disappointing, not sharp in the corners even at f/2,8. This is unusual compared to ...

No, after trying higher end glass, I have to conclude I don't really need the very best optical quality. What matters to me is good enough quality that fits my budget and is enjoyable to use. My ...

I read somewhere Sigma has a patent for a 50mm f/1,2. I don't know more but I would also be very interested into a bright 50mm lens (especially if smaller and as good as the 35mm 1,4 DG DN).

It's a very good lens with nice character. Not as sharp as the f/1,4 version which is extremely sharp but more than good enough for it's size and price. It's sharper than the 18mm f/2.

Just buy the Samyang second hand, it's the most expensive cheap ultra wide angle but it's by far the sharpest one.

Well seems like you want to try a new lens but you don't know which one. These have nothing in common except beeing XF lenses. 16-55: are you fine with your 18-55 ? Would you mind a much bigger and ...

I bought from them, the lens had a problem (not their fault I think) and I got a refund quite easily by sending back the lens into the UK. But that was before Brexit.

If you change your gear, be prepared to spend quite a lot and you will probably notice the difference of weight and bulkiness. The Nocticron is an outstanding piece of glass, the Olympus 45mm f/1,2 ...

I don't think so... I mean there are some excellent wide and ultra wide angle lenses, for instance Laowa 9mm f/2,8 on APS-C is great but sticking to 20-21mm, everything as good is bigger and much ...
