Canon: We've investigated the current field of offerings, and found a gap: Fixed focal length telephotos that still have a telescoping body like zoom lenses!
Photographers: That's the only thing that kept be from buying fixed length lenses.

Not to hijack the thread, but I also just bought all the Affinity graphics apps, they are currently 50% off. So $24.99 each I got Photo, Designer (vector), and Publisher. Amazing deal! The mobile versions are only $9.99. This helps me together with Adobe CS6 Suite to avoid leasing. One thing you can do, as OS upgrades make your older Adobe software not work.. you can clone your older hard drive onto a bootable disk before upgrading. Then boot from that cloned drive with the older OS and Adobe programs when you need to use them.

@munn1 yes I agree the photography plan is a good price, I'd buy that over Netflix. However, I need Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing as well. There's no plan for all these for under $70. Also it's not automatically true that any graphic artist / illustrator earns a ton and finds the cost irrelevant. I do a lot of creative side work but not enough to justify the expensive plans. That's why I own CS6. To suggest these apps are only for creators who earn large salaries, as some do, seems like an elitist argument.

moga For me just Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro. That covers my photography and graphic design and video. Those total $73 though so the All Apps is cheaper. Currently I own CS6 Suite prepaid with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, and Bridge (which I think is free now).

The all apps plan is $53 monthly. So in 5 years someone could buy a $3000 lens with that. Realistically, the best Sony prime lenses are probably $1500 or less (50mm f/1.4 etc). So a top of the line prime lens every 2.5 years, or the Adobe subscription? The LR + PS plan is decently priced though, no more than Netflix.
But even before Autel, I patented 'stuff that looks cool and flies'
If you have DeNoise without batch processing, update to batch processing for free before they change the pricing. I've put it off since it's a pain... you have to delete the entire app, then re-download the batch processing version. It involves rebooting your computer. Email customer service for instructions. Sad they couldn't just have it work through the update menu.
When you can't think of a shape for your project, you can't go wrong with the perennial classic: Egg. Subtle and sleek, Egg is the shape coveted by the human race since its inception as a container for essential nutrients for hunter gatherer ancestors.
Is there an adapter for Sony E-mount though
