A great article, very much informative. The photographs are just too good and they show the effort that you put for capturing them.
thank a ton for sharing.

awesome capture, really liked 3 different contrasts of blue (also green) as u said. Your lady bit disturbed the frame - otherwise its a super shot!

Waiting for DX II version, hope it'll come down to a reasonable price by the end of this year.

On article Tamron announces 15x zoom lens (1 comment in total)

Tamron’s 18-270mm lens really lurked me. When I spent some time online to gather some info about it I found the following:

1. Tamron have two different models under 18-270mm F/3.5-6.3 Di II VC specifications; one is with PZD motor (model no. B008) and the other with LD glass and aspherical optics (model no. B003).
2. Both lens are for cropped sized sensor cameras
3. The one with PZD motor is lighter in weight by approx. 110gm as compared to the other one
4. PZD one is having a filter thread of 62mm and the LD one is having a filter thread of 72mm
5. PZD one costs more than the LD one

Actually I was more interested to know the difference in photo quality as by specifications they both are similar. I could not find anything which highlights the photo quality differences in the duo.

Can anybody please throw some light on it. If I reframe my query then it would stand like: If you want to buy either of these two lens then which one you will go with and why?
