my experience as well.  All peripherals get disconnected.  The computer freezes.

Neither update worked with my High Sierra Mac edition.  I'm at a loss as to how to make it happen.

I get it. Would never flame anyone who keeps the camera companies in business. And, I get collecting. Just hope you don't carry all of them when out in the field.
