It is known that Chinese drones do transmit data back to their servers. Some of the data is to make the drones better but it can be used for whatever purpose they want. That just might be to give the government data they need. Sensitive or not it doesn't matter. We have many drones for use in sensitive areas and have not grounded the DJI drones. Why is that? Because everything is online with google maps and earth anyway. Our internal drones are French made and have to be flown manually

mu7z: How come no 4k 60fps? Is this some fundamental limitations? Can we expect a firmware upgrade to improve the situation?

4K 60 FPS was in the specs.

Excellent autofocus and the silent shutter is now making them the camera of choice for Professional Golf tournaments. Likely will cause other venues to require silent shutters as well.

cosinaphile: those butterfly keyboard s that were understood to be defective and insanely delicate and prone to failure are finally , after what? 3 years gone , hallelujah [ madea voice ]

but i suspect the memory and ssd are STILL soldered on the mainboard , much like a chintzy 60 dollar android tablet , which is an insult to any thinking professional as to what a professional laptop should posess...

@Wats0n Your perspective does not include the fact that any company imaged windows laptop has a security profile that cripples performance. You cant compare non-modified OS variants from the original OS such as OSX. I have a new MacBook Pro i9 6 core 15" 32g and the Vega20. My Asus 17" with i7 8 core and Nvidia gfx1080 are both standard OS variants, the ASUS still outperforms the MacBook Pro. I also have a company imaged set of laptops HP Workstation and Surface Pro 6. Both of those computers are maxed out specs and perform terribly due to the company image with security software etc added and crippled OS. All that being said, I much prefer to travel with the MacBook Pro. It's fast enough and slim enough for my purposes.

Would love to use this as a landscape camera. Unfortunately, I would have to sell my entire kit to fund the camera and one lens.

I really worry about that column. it just seems too slender for any stability. Really would like to test it myself to see if my thoughts are unsubstantiated.
