Need a side by side shot with v1 to tell if that woman has massive hands or if this is a lot smaller than the original.

Carol Darby: Hi. I am new to this forum having just signed up. This debate really interests me so thought I would post and see if I can get some help with deciding what to do.

I currently have the D800 and the D750. My main photography loves are landscape and wildlife. I have numerous full frame lenses including the 14-24, 70-200, 28-300 and the handy Sigma 50-500.

The D500 has been teasing me as I plan on doing lots of wildlife and bird photography and the crop sensor and faster focus would be a bonus. Also the 8000th of a second shutter speed. Both my current cameras performed well recently in Africa. The D800 for more pixels and 8000th second. The D750 was better for birds in flight as the focus was definitely better. It was just limited by the 4000th second shutter speed.

I would love to know your recommendations. Stay with what I have. Or sell either the D800 or the D750 and purchase the D500. Thoughts please? Thanks.

Keep your D800 for landscape, sell the D750 and get the D500 for wildlife.
