  • Hi Chiue, Great series! The Koreans have used traditional Chinese characters to decorate the entrance gates of their palace, which looks quite an authentic Chinese palace to me. I look forward to ...
  • Thanks, Mart!
  • Thanks to Jim and Chiue. I very much like the AZ526. It is a gift to me from my UK friend (this camera's previous owner - bought it there on sale) who has now moved on to other DSLR gears.

Snapshots by PixPro AZ526 - SOC with cropping only. Time Square Wall Street Statue of Liberty One World Trade Center - at the site of the old twin towers - as a new landmark Empire Building
  • Jim, This is an impressive series of images taken with the AZ526. Thanks for sharing! Dan
  • Awesome images and excellent IS of the AZ526!
  • Your Kodak C190 is still working fine, Chiue. Interesting series of before and after renovation, and your family enjoying a summer evening BBQ dinner on the new patio. Bon Appetite and Happy Summer! ...
  • Jim, I am impressed by the video output and still picture of Zx5 as well, particularly in view of everything being automatic with little adjustment feature available on the device.
  • There are R-CRV3 battery with a higher than 3V for the Z712. Here is one example: http://www.ebay.com/itm/For-Kodak-Nikon-Casio-Olympus-Samsung-Benq-CR-V3-CRV3-LB01-LB-01-Camera-Battery-/380670844760 ...
  • I owed a Z712 in the past. I do remember it could be powered by R-CRV3 batteries. I also used the same batteries on my C875 in the past.
  • In contrast to Zx3, the battery of Zx5 is an internal one which is intended to be replaced by a service technician only. I thus had some reservation before buying a new old-stock Zx5 with an ...
  • Created discussion thread Internal Battery of PlaySport Zx5
Did some googling of the internal battery for the Zx5 while it was being firstly charged up (6.5 hrs) after I bought it last week. This is in case its battery needs replacement as my Zx5 was a new ...
  • Want to buy a non-expensive but reliable water-proof videocam for future rainy day shooting, spa or seaside outing. Having seen what a Zx3 can do from the past posts of Chiue, I bought a Zx5 as a ...
  • The Kodak 12mm-45mm is more than 2 times longer than my Panasonic PZ 14-42mm, too! I don't have the Kodak 42.5mm-160mm lens. Nor the Kodak S1 body. I bought the Kodak 12-44mm lens from a China ...
  • I am fortunate to have bought a good copy of the Kodak kit lens. It works very well with the Lumix G5 with fast focus, sharp image and at a wider angle at 12mm compared with the Panasonic 14-42mm ...
  • Thanks for your congratulations, Jim! Dan
  • Thanks for your kind words, Hal! Dan
  • Thanks, Chiue! Yes, the images are a bit grainy but fortunately still usable. Your A6000 with a bigger sensor than the Lumix G5 may fare better on such an occasion. But I am not complaining. ;)
  • Thanks, Wayne!
  • Created discussion thread Kodak 12-45mm lens: Graduation Day
Took some pictures on my son's graduation day at the Queen's University using my Lumix G5 with the Kodak 12-45mm lens. At the maximum zoom of 45mm (or at 90mm after 2x crop factor) the widest open ...
