mfinley: The olympus 7-14 is wider than the "widest lens on the market" the Laowa 7.5mm unless I'm missing something
The LAOWA 6mm f/2 Zero-D MFT?
toomix: Cool, looking forward to it, will be interesting comparison with current pocket size 60mm Olympus macro lens, which is just fantastic :)
Agreed. It's a brilliant lens, yet light and relatively cheap.
syberman7: Very clever.
Thanks.
By standing on the Shoulders of Giants: I think the angle on the bee is very interesting. Good shot.
Thanks.
By standing on the Shoulders of Giants: Normally I don’t prefer shots of a bees behind. But this one is like a first person view ala a video game. Again, nice shot and well done.
Thank you for your kind words.
By standing on the Shoulders of Giants: Nice and clean composition.
Thank you very much.
RBFresno: Really beautiful...and beautifully rendered!

Many thanks.
By standing on the Shoulders of Giants: .... (con't).
The lighting also does visual magical ripples to the waves, which I believe is the main ingredient of this shot. The dramatic sky is a strong complement to the water and mountains. In the end we have a dramatic image thanks to the sorta natural vignetting effect. Superb. Odd choice of creamy white for the border though, but hey, it works and you're the winner. Congratulations and thanks for showing us how it's done.
Thanks for those kind comments. In retrospect, I think you're right about the border colour - I should have stuck with white.
Billstek: What a dramatic image! Congratulations.
Many thanks.
Fabulous image. Deserving of 1st place in my opinion.
