Is there a database of stolen Nikons? EDIT: found this: https://www.stolencamerafinder.com/home?searchType=manual

OK, I see what I did wrong – I only looked at file properties in Windows Explorer. Now I used exiftool instead and got a much fuller set of EXIF data, and I could find the serial number you were ...

Moi Kari, I am sure your English is better than that of many native speakers 😉 I think it's just a matter of interpretation of "for free". The way I understand it, for each year that you pay ...

Sure, but that is exactly what I did and I found no EXIF info in the images. I downloaded: https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5dc05d17e6229c77b6557d4a/1667065820551-DBJM3W92F16P1882MUPR/ ...

Details here: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/8824180384285-The-Capture-One-Loyalty-Program What will be "free" after 5 years (or 20% cheaper each year up to 5) is a once-off copy ...

Interesting – how did you find the metadata to tell you that?

UPDATE: Printing has now returned to normal, after about 20 more "normal" print-outs. My conclusion is that even when the ink is fully returned to the tube and to the head, and with clean nozzles, ...

My G3501 worked flawlessly until this summer, when we were away from home for two weeks. When we came back, it wasn't printing magenta at all. I did cleaning, deep cleaning, nothing helped. I took ...

I am using Nikonscan and the Coolscan V on Windows 10. Before upgrading to Windows 11 I'd like to know if anyone has done the upgrade and successfully used the scanner and Nikonscan ( not Vuescan ) ...

On the X-T30, there are two ways you can set up BBF: (1) You disable Shutter AF and assign "AF-ON" to one of the function buttons. That becomes your BBF; the shutter will not activate AF.

Thanks, your remark has made me realise something about my X-T30 and Fuji lenses I didn't notice before. I first tested if "Shutter AE" made a difference – it didn't. However, your suggestion set ...

Will it be supported by Lightroom?

The focus mode makes no difference. I use BBF. Actually, on further testing, it seems it is the aperture constantly readjusting, not the AF. It is strange - there is a "tick" noise from the lens ...

Just took delivery of my Fringer EF-FX Pro II. Testing it with my X-T30 and a Canon 70-300 USM II, it works well but there is one strange behaviour. Even though the X-T30 is set to single ...

There was a let-up in the rain and I decided to try my new Viltrox 13mm f1.4 in the forest. X-T30 • Viltrox 13mm f1.4 • 1/160s • f1.4 • ISO 320 • PP in ON1 RAW

I have both and use them with my XT-30. In my tests, the 16-80 is sharper than the 18-55 at most focal lengths and apertures. At 55mm, it is equivalent. I almost only use the 16-80 now and have ...

Imaging Resource's hands-on review of the XF 150-600mm f/5.6-8 R LM OIS WR is out – and they like it. https://www.imaging-resource.com/lenses/fujinon/xf-150-600mm-f5.6-8-r-lm-ois-wr/review/#fieldtest

Thanks...but I somehow doubt that the X-T30 draws a constant 2A (let alone 4A!). If it did, a standard NP-W126s with 1100 mAh would last only 30 minutes or so if you kept the camera powered on. I ...
