Optics and Light: I would not call this a image editor, this is a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. It is amazing and I would pay money for this software.
Interesting to see you've used the combination of Digikam and Affinity - I'm looking to do the same. Is there good integration between Digikam and external editors such as Affinity, Luminar etc.?

Bravo! Very glad to see something happening with the forums, not because I thought anything was badly broken but because it gives me hope you will also address a key issue to make them more valuable. I know Jim has already stated this below, but it is sufficiently important that I want to repeat it here:
The no.1 thing these forums need is proper moderation. The noise that trolling creates makes it difficult to get through to the nuggets of wisdom, insight and friendly banter that forums should be about.
I share some of the concerns below that the user rating and post voting malarky is in place of proper moderation. I hope I will be proven wrong.
