the full size samples are atrocious. have 0.95 just for the sake of 0.95, images are soft, and full of aberrations. it as though someone smeared a light coat of Vaseline on the element. 770 bucks? yikes.

GabrielZ: A solid phone with solid specs and a seemingly very good camera. I've been quite impressed by MS latest product releases, they're starting to give Apple a run for their money! And I'm an Apple fanboy, but a sane one! I can recognise quality in design by other manufactures and don't automatically put them down like a lot of Apple zealots do.

But as an Apple fanboy, I hope the company gets off its current high-horse, starts recognising that the competitions products are as good or better than theirs. And start innovating again like they used too, instead of this glacial evolutionary path they've been taking.

That said the 6S 3D Touch and Retina flash features are examples of elegant innovation that'll probably be copied. But as a photo enthusiast I'm still reeling in disappointment at the poor low-light performance and lack of fine detail on the 6S camera. Traditionally when Apple released a new iPhone, its camera was always best in class...not anymore!

Actually, the retina flash thing was copied by Apple from Snapchat. Snapchat has used the front screen illumination for "flash" since 2014.
