background too busy and looks a bit overexposed to me

too many distractions in background - needs shallower DOF

I think the crop is too tight, the concept of 'this is a flower' is gone :-)

Agree with RuthC - the background 'overshadows' the flower and would have to change to make the flower stand out more

the background is somewhat a distraction.A tighter crop might help.

crop - as in make it a square picture? I did not want to center the flower...
