Sorry if this has been answered before, but can the A9ii not do eye detection while filming in 4K video?  I seem to have to drop it to XAVC S HD and 50p 50m to be able to use it.  Is this correct? ...

Right, I’ve clipped it all back together once aligning it all up.  It seems to work when I hold it tight, but the auto focus doesn’t work properly after about 200 mm….. So, it’ll be on eBay tomorrow……

Just read the post.  Yes thats exactly what happened to mine.  I will do the same as that person and see if I can get it to work.  Ill still sell it, but as a repaired lens..... Thanks again!

That sounds exactly what happened to me.  It doesnt show it in the photo I posted, but the zoom ring came completely off.  It clips together again, but doesn't stay.... Possibly supergluing it ...
