I do believe the Japanese are very loyal to the equipment manufactured in Japan.

Your site is missed as well.
I would assume this uses Wi-Fi or Bluetooth to connect. Is it connecting to the battery or the camera to get the readout? In either case, isn't that draining the battery just so you can see a percentage left, rather than the icon through the viewfinder?
