Imaging Edge doesn't support Big Sur either. These desktop apps kinda fall behind the curve (not that their mobile apps are that great but at least they support the latest OS quicker).

Usually the Olympic Games will be a show stage for all the brand new top cameras. But COVID, oh well...

Really wish it could have added built in GPS. The phone app is a bit behind the time and not very robust.

Joe Tam: the 1-star ios imaging edge and transfer and tag software apps are unreliable even without a persistent connection. this is doa. shooting a wedding is already stressful. what happens when the connection keeps crapping out and your battery is depleted. no thanks.

Yeah, I wish they could improve on the Imaging Edge app on iOS.

But the link says it was CBS who committed the editing mistake...

@Gannon all fixed. Thanks for updating the article!

abe4652: Very annoying video. All of the actual information presented could have been done in 2 minutes.

And he doesn't even answer the question. No one cares about a box underneath a black shirt. He should have just put on an undershirt, on top of it a black thin shirt and then the question is does one see the undershirt.

10 seconds. Instead we see boxes and remote controls ad infinitum.

I was feeling exactly the same. But for monetization's sake the YouTubers need to make them longer to make money. I feel dumb watching him repeating himself and avoiding the important questions, instead focusing on what catches the eyeball. He probably did that experiment but result was that you can't see his undershirt, so he chose to omit the "uninteresting" and non-fear-generating result.

Ranger Danger: Those profit figures cant be right. If that was the true total profit they were making their business model would mean every time they sell one though a retailer they were losing money.

@peterdering loyal customer here. Thank you for making quality products.

@Barty if you watched their video, they wrapped it around a broken cable with exposed bare metal wires.

"The RX0 II is also comparable with the Camera Control Box CCB-WD1"
Do you mean "compatible"?

AstroStan: Phone pic subjects are often very close (selfie distance) so if these cameras have a normal FOV then constructing a single hi-res image from separated cams should be very tricky due to perceptive differentials. It will be interesting to see how they address this.

Perspective correction shouldn't be very hard I'm guessing

Yake: Is the Sony grip a Con? No. Is the Sony menu a Con? No. Is the Sony lack of a top LCD a Con? No. Are the Sony striping & moire artifacts in images a Con? Yes ... but they apparently have no impact on the 89% Gold Award rating (A7iii). Sony gets a free pass on all of these.

But IBIS is now so important. I wonder ... how do poor Canon folks ever make sharp pics?

@Yake I think you misunderstood, the "data loss" that you all-capped was introduced two months ago with v2.00 and only affect a tiny subset of SanDisk SD cards. If you understand the concept of issue "exposure" you know that something that affects 0.001% of users can be treated differently from something that affects 100% of users.

Okay, "lying just like the Chinese". You are saying all Chinese people are liars? That's some blatant racism.
