I use "Expert Raw" on my Samsung S22u, they go to LR . I just use the standard Samsung camera app for snapshots which is 70% of them anyway. Snapped can be ok for editing them or the stick Samsung ...

Id agree. not that it means much. The only real reason to get the 100-400 is some sort of travel zoom, as it packs down smaller. Humping the 200-600 around even in a car is a PITA :) so I imagine ...

IMO Nikon will fall first as the camera market shrinks. Canon is years behind Sony in terms of development. None of us know the future though. I went from Nikon to Sony A mount and now Sony E mount.

It's what I first thought of, it shouldn't be though, cool day ? and in several of them over grass etc. So I assumed not from heat ? Its not in all of them, just the ones with "busy shrubbery" in ...

Know ? First time I am seeing it, looks terrible. What am I doing wrong ?

AI assumed it was shadow (cord in front of a light somewhere ?) and the light on the glasses was a reflection from phone on the stand ?

I'd think the 100-400 would be best ? That aside, can I ask who you organised the trip with, I have always been interested in going

Did we all go and check ? :) Mine are similarly tight.

I'd be on the 12-24 f4 but alas no filter thread. Haida back filters just aren't the same, Happy to go up to a 14-28(35) or or there abouts if it has a thread

I grabbed a Sony AR7IVa in a sale a couple months ago and have 3 lenses. I just sold (as in last week) my A99, 6 lenses and 1.4TC for a pittance. I think I need another 2 or 3 lenses and I will be ...

I replaced the lens mount foot with an Acra compatible foot, I carry the lens/cameea that way. It's in my back pack when I transport it, then on the gimbal on the tripod most of the thim, the rest ...

I have a Sony 200-600 on my 7Riv and never had any issue with focus. I use zone and continuous (focus modes) mostly for wildlife, I often use a tripod and gimbal (below) as that seems to be working ...

@ Entropius And Lightroom is less flexible than, and produces lower-quality results compared to, free software like Darktable and RawTherapee. I can't yet get Darktable to open any of the RAW...

Get an R IV and do both ? I have the APS-C mode mapped to the programmable button on top and flick in and out when I need it, you don't need to of course as you can crop down to about the ...

18mm GM 1.4 or 1.8 with a filter thread :) Everything else is there for me

Seems to be an incremental upgrade, so I will wait and see with happens with the 3.

I have never this issue with any lens, new or used on any lens ecosystem. They have always been good to go.

18mm 1.8 (ish) GM with filter thread is all I am looking for right now

We seems to be wonderfully collaborative world wide work on stuff like this, sharing, helping each other, openness etc. Anything else: climate change, national borders, wars over resources,...

I have been debating the 14 /1.8GM. Do you use any back filters ? How are you finding it ? It seem like it can do dramatic quite well, which I like . Anything you don't like about it ?
