I use a D3500 and Sigma 150-600 C. I have gotten many fantastic bird in flight photos with it (on my website). The Z50 is way better than my camera for BIF, so he is very capable of doing BIF with ...

Wow! This one is so cool.

Great shots! I love the frigate birds. The blacks in the first two have no detail.

Thanks! BTW the squirrel in my shot is a California Fox Squirrel.
-
Your welcome! Love the flower it's holding. Is that snow on the squirrel?
-
Yes I was. Bill Maynard (coolwildlife.com currently down) is another photographer who originally persuaded me to give the Z cameras a chance and not just trust the internet. I will be renting the ...

Great shot! Feels good to be a source of a great image by someone else. Sure, you can post it anywhere!

Not the same guy, but when I rented the z7ii, (plan to buy it soon) I tested it on lots of birds in flight. It was 100% accurate, except in one case after sunset with a kestrel (brown bird) flew ...

Definitely one shortcoming of this photo, but hard to fix it by editing. Yes. Honestly, this is an impossible edit to pull off. It looks very unnatural right now.

Yup, some of them are too dark. The third and fifth are not keepers to me. 1 and 2 are stunning. Number 4 would be significantly improved if you cropped some off the bottom.

Thanks everybody! I’ll try to get something similar to this of other species. The food is an acorn.

i promise I’m not doing this. I already am happy with these photos and I know that they are hard to get of a rare species. just providing some people with a challenge if they’d like, so I can ...

Great job! The head is a bit too big. Can I ask how you did this?

Could you clone the wing of the bird in the first photo, and warp it so that it fits the near wing of the bird in the second photo and combine them? Or, clone the head of the owl in the second ...
