EOS M is not dead! Oh wait.
Micro Four Thirds must just be a smaller version of the Type 4/3 sensor 👍
Just goes to show: it's pointless upgrading for a least 10 years.
ZeroGravitas: Any news if they will bring the 18-50 to Canon M?
Is EF-M not the most popular mirrorless mount? Sigma have already released these three primes for EF-M, so releasing the 18-50 seems like a natural move.

Canon should stop wasting time and resources on these frivolous things, and get back to their core product line: traditional cut-glass tumblers.
Good to see Canon tackling the rise of sony and fuji head on...
Spotted an error in the review - you’ve given it a Gold even though it’s a Canon.
yazcui: DPAF would have made the most sense as an upgrade feature from the mk II. Maybe it's just not possible at this size?
It’s a Sony sensor, so not possible:(
that star trail mode looks pretty cool
When’s the review - been out a while now.
M200, not M100 MkII?
ZeroGravitas: There's a gap in the market for a compact mic for this and the latest generation of 1" cameras.
Something small and directional that doesn't require a mount, like a Rode videoMic Me.

Silver!
toni2: High-end DLSR perhaps for action, sports... But I don't understand why Canon is still bringing low-level DLSR at this moment. It's a nonsense.
$$$
Zoom Zoom Zoom: :
Ridiculous camera, ridiculous upgrade, ridiculous utilization of the 20.1MP 1" sensor, ridiculous pinhole-styled miniscule lens for the available real estate size of the "brick", and absolutely ridiculous price.
When bored stupidity gets amalgamated with condescending stupor, all royally mixed into a non-sense product from a tech giant that is becoming too snobbish for it's own muddle, this is the kind of delusional outcome you get.
And most remarkably is the fact that lots of people will actually buy this pinhead thing and populate YouTube with mammoths of unboxing, hands-on and "review" humdrum videos, proving just how amazing and a good-deal this aberration is supposed to be.
Kudos for Sony and actually surprised they didn't go just an all-out step forward and make this the shape of a pyramid instead of a box.
Sounds like you don't like a bit of innovation
The Olympus cameras always look brilliant, but how long does m4/3 really have left.
Let’s hear the Fuji mob defend this.
ZeroGravitas: Slammed. Prepare for the Fuji mob's defence...
Or Canon if you're not too focused on specs, but on actual photography.
